● Entered, organized, and analyzed 16,243 entries from 28 communities into the ProAct project database for reporting of observed trends to government and nonprofit partners● Facilitated bi-monthly community-wide trainings to promote improved agricultural and conservation techniques, including improved crop propagation, post-harvest managements, household nutrition, and natural fertilizers and insecticides● Trained 65 women from four communities on soap making as an income generating activity, basic financial literacy, and recordkeeping ● Entered and analyzed data from over 800 surveys related to malaria and dietary diversity; wrote 11 data briefs for internal use and sharing with partner agencies● Conducted a nationwide Barrier Analysis survey to determine barriers to cereal legume intercropping for small-scale Togolese farmers● Coordinated two national rabbit husbandry conferences which lead to introduction of improved rabbit husbandry in over 45 communities● Taught 22 small-scale farmers how to vaccinate their animals, resulting in vaccination of at least 87 sheep and goats against ovine rinderpest● Trained Peace Corps Trainees and counterparts in agriculture and M&E topics● Wrote and managed a $3,700 capital grant which funded the construction of a new kindergarten building and materials for the kindergarten and preschool classes o Created budget and application materials with partners o Managed implementation of grant project in collaboration with the Parent Teacher Association and school principal● Demonstrated construction of improved cookstoves to over 50 women, which resulted in 47 households building improved stoves, reducing their use of wood fuel and decreasing household health and safety risks associated with traditional cookstove use
