CurrentQualified in accounting and with skills in sales and marketing, Peter has held senior positions in both large and small organisations. His skills have crossed over from manufacturing to financial services and consulting. He has the knowledge from practical experience of successfully developing and building businesses through times of change.Peter played a key role in the organised closure of a major car manufacturing plant, assisted in the corporatisation and ultimate privatisation of a government department, facilitated several cultural change programs for both government and private organisations including a leading services company employing 6000 staff.Peter has developed strategies, markets and people in both Australia and the United States of America. He has been responsible for the growth of a small manufacturing business (2 staff) to a national business listed on the Melbourne Stock Exchange with manufacturing facilities in Australia and Singapore, exporting to the United States. Peter has also been a Director of an Australian Executive Recruitment firm and his own consulting business.
