I help high achievers build and lead extraordinary companies.Throughout my career, I’ve been a founder/CEO with two public exits, a venture capital investor, and a Fortune 500 corporate executive. I’ve lived in five countries and led businesses with global reach.I work with driven founders, CEOs, and senior executives eager to level up. I run a referral-only coaching practice, partnering with a highly selective group of senior leaders. Additionally, I’m a co-founder and managing partner of an early-stage venture capital firm and startup studio.My career began at Time Warner, where I helped launch Turner Broadcasting and CNN’s Asia operations before leading Time Inc. across the Asia Pacific. I spent over 15 years based in Asia, where I co-founded and served as CEO for two companies that my team and I took public on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.I’ve experienced the full arc of building and leading businesses: raising capital, hiring and managing large teams, conducting M&A, and navigating the inevitable ups and downs along the way.If you’re a founder building momentum, a corporate executive in the C-suite, or somewhere in between, I’m pretty sure I know what’s on your plate.

Newly recruited into Time Inc. from Turner Broadcasting (a sister company under Time Warner), my first role was to either turnaround or close this marginally performing business. Over the course of two years, my team and I recruited almost entirely new teams across sales, marketing, editorial, and finance, where we cut $10 million in cost. The business still underperformed, so we decided to close it in 2001, laying off 60 staff. It was not a fun job - but this is where I learned to manage a large P&L and to make very hard decisions at scale.
