Maintained, updated, and developed solutions within the Syteline ERP framework, involving SQL database stored procedures, triggers, and tables. I successfully migrated a large repository of SharePoint 2010 documents to SharePoint Online. Moreover, I designed and developed a comprehensive SharePoint document approval system using Microsoft Power Automate and Powershell. This endeavor also necessitated creating a VB .NET application to split Microsoft Publisher files and convert them to PDF format. This project also required me to create an ASP.Net Webform site using Bootstrap, and javascript. My responsibilities also included maintaining, updating, and creating SSRS reports and SSIS packages. I've also been in charge of sustaining and updating diverse legacy MS Access database forms along with their associated data. Additionally, I devised a VB .NET solution for automating SolidWorks tasks.

(Pitney Bowes Legal Services -> Novitex -> Exela Technologies)Responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining our custom export application for IPRO eCapture eDiscovery platform. The solution required expertise in VB.Net, MS SQL Server, stored procedures, triggers along with knowledge of various data file formats including csv, xml, json, ringtail and others. The solution required transforming the IPRO stored data into custom data files using the clients specifications. I developed our custom delivery solution that would zip and upload files to a client SFTP server. I developed our custom automated reporting application that pulls data at set intervals and formats the data into custom excel templates and distribute the reports to various channels such as email or sftp. These solutions all required detailed documentation, unit testing, user acceptance testing and lifecycle management.

Troubleshooting problems in all aspects of the business and developing solutions. I assisted project managers and developed software applications to assist with automated repetitive tasks. I also developed software to automate creating bookmarks in PDFs, convert PDFs and convert other various image formats. I was also responsible for resolving/troubleshooting errors on our IBM AS/400 server, managing job queues, designing and running queries.

My duties included scanning documents and ensuring quality and accuracy of images. I was also responsible for scanner maintenance, minor repairs and contacting scanner sales company for trading out equipment.
