CurrentPremier marinas owns and operates ten South Coast marinas and is wholly owned by The Wellcome Trust.The business prides itself on offering market leading marina and boatyard facilities to a broad range of enthusiastic boaters. All Premier sites offer marina berthing, boatyard lifting and launch services, storage ashore, a good range of on-site marine services, high spec ablution facilities, great on site food and beverage, high levels of security, a free WiFi service, and 24 x 7 staffing. Selected sites also offer dry stack berthing, marine self storage, and residential property letting.Premier’s infrastructure includes over 5,000 berths and 600,000 sqft of commercial property on 68 hectares of land and 107 hectares of water. Premier employs approximately 200 dedicated people and holds the Investors in People accreditation. The business takes environmental, health and safety matters most seriously, holds the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 accreditations.Premier was acquired by The Wellcome Trust from The BlackRock UK Property Fund on 7 May 2015.
