Current-Developing and overseeing the implementation of Operations and Depot policies and procedures related to global fleet management.-Management of Textainer's worldwide depot repair network that services the shipping containers used by our customers on a global basis.-Management of Depot Quality Control programs to ensure our company is repairing or disposing of containers in the most cost-effective manner while maintaining high quality and reliability. Reducing worldwide repair estimate variance to less than 5%.-Management of the Damage Protection Plan program to ensure our customers receive competitive all-in-costs resulting in lower cost of use.-Spearheading the design of strategic and automation initiatives to ensure new systems and technologies address business needs.-Providing technical and operational expertise.
