I have over 25 years experience with support and service delivery including coaching, operationally manage and further develop local and worldwide support services to provide efficient and qualitative services to key customers. I've lead IT projects developing support tools to improve team cooperation and coordination and enable visualization of the value delivered to the clients. In my previous role as Software Engineering Specialist i secured that customers could use IBM CLM for Requirement, Defect and Test handling as efficient as possible, optimising workflows and processes.I’m used to be a go to person for making things happen, brainstorming and discussions on various ways forward and solutions in different situations even if it’s not related to my current role area, be it technical issues, operational or people management questions.On occasion i work with various photographic projects and i'm happy every time i go out on 20km runs since i love to exercise in various forms.My greatest accomplishment in life is not related to work but my two dear boys Ted and Todd.
