As Principal Technical Product Owner (TPO) I serve as Product Manager for Platform Delivery & Operations (PD&O). Supporting the business through effective stewardship and planning of Enterprise Architecture assets and efforts, and develop a comprehensive Business Capability Models for the Pulp & Paper Division of Domtar, Inc.Projects included: Serving as Lead Architect for the Domtar Inc Enterprise Content Management Reference Architecture, including the definitions for: - Definitions - Objectives - In scope deliverables - Audience - Key Activities - Overall Guidance for reference architectureWorking with Sales & Marketing on multiple projects including: - Developing a capability map for their group - Review and selection of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, including determining requirements - Review of requirements and need for Social Media Listening and other integration toolsWorking with the Supply Chain group on various initiatives including Sales and Operational Planning deliverables. These include enhancing their capabilitiies for the Paper and Pulp business, as well as their existing SAP, BaaN and JD Edwards deployments.

Completed a contract to provide a Business Architecture framework for ACA, as well as developing a complete Business Architecture view of their loan servicing and collections domains. Also participated in the selection process for the Enterprise Architecture modeling tools, and initiated the process to select a Business Partner for the Servicing Replacement project.

Responsible for the business architectures of the Member Management, Innovations, Sales, and Marketing Management domains for the Office of the CIO - Community & State (C&S) at UnitedHealth. Leading the IBM Business Activity Monitor design, development and implementation for end-to-end monitoring of enrollment flows and processes, as well as SLA Compliance and Delivery.

I worked closely with the business to understand their requirements and needs, and then partnered with the technical architects and resources to translate those needs and requirements into solutions.

I provided Systems Design and Recommendations for applications and business systems being migrated from Legacy to a brand new infrastructure that was provided by a 3rd party.

Developed the marketing collateral and methodology for use by the Practice. Also created Intellectual Property for ITG to use in delivering excellent solutions to clients.

Assisting the Institutional Marketing Communications department in identifying and building enabling technologies and tools.

• Assisted in the development of tools and processes for Application and Technology Portfolio Management based on the Target Repeatable Infrastructure and Patterns (RIP) dataset• Helped to clarify the reference framework and hierarchy used in TTS to describe and model the Enterprise Architecture.• Using MS-Office 2007 client tools including Excel and Visio created a new data mining methodology to create new views into the RIP Repository existing in Oracle materialized views and using SQL queries. This new approach provided a faster and more user-friendly method for determining EA structures and identifying potential relationships.

As the Lead Architect for the Customer Data Security Portfolio at Best Buy, Inc., I have responsibility for design, integration and review of systems that are implemented to ensure compliance and preservation of customer data within the Best Buy systems. These systems have included both COTS and internally designed and developed solutions required to ensure that Best Buy’s applications and infrastructure meet the requirements guidelines defined by the Payment Card Industry (PCI), Sarbannes-Oxley and other regulatory agencies, as well as adhere to industry best practices. As a consultant to Best Buy, I also serve as the Engagement Manager for ITR Group, overseeing the team of over 40 consultants, and working to develop our business opportunities here at the client.

Joined GMAC-RFC as a consultant through SafeNet Consulting to provide mentoring and leadership in the Architecture Practice, drawing on my extensive experience with RUP. Provided business consulting and analysis to the Compliance Project, as well as worked on providing input to the Imaging Strategy for RFC.

Worked as a consultant in various industries, such as manufacturing and financial services. Participated in lead development and pursuits, as well as provided in depth consultting services to clients. Also acted as a Practice Lead in the Methodology group.

Led the development team for the custom software platform. Served on the IMS Project Technical Advisory group for e-Learning Profiles.

Managed service for the divsion. Created and developed the Online Student Housing Survey.
