He bears the scars and successes of applying disruptive ideas and processes across a range of technologies industries and countries.With a strong team ethic yet the courage to take decisions, he has the infective passion that makes people follow him in applying innovative technology to make a difference in customer lives and the world.Highlights of Peter’s career include:• Applied machine learning techniques to identify the relationship between asset costs and customer service at Australia’s largest irrigation district with more than $2million of annual savings identified• Designed and developed a platform for monitoring dam safety that collects data in real time and uses machine learning to identify behavioural patterns, alert operators and so reduce risk• Conceive, design and implement a platform to visualise how rural water is managed, shared, used and traded in order to build community awareness and confidence• Created, articulated and led the execution of a global expansion strategy for Rubicon Water which is on track to reach $18m sales by 2018• Product Managed, from conception, to development to customer support, one of the worlds first electronic order routing systems • Designed and developed advanced software systems including the world’s first defibrillating pacemaker to F/A18 avionics test bench to the first electronic stock exchange trading systems.• Identified, negotiated and grew distribution partnerships in Latin America and Europe for NASDAQ and Rubicon• Led Computershare’s London-based technology team and of 18 software engineers and grew European stock-exchanges client list• Project-managed cross-cultural project teams to deliver business critical software in Sydney, Bogota, Istanbul, Budapest and other countries.
