- to lead and coach my team: 8 technical managers Deli/Dairy within CE- to work with senior colleagues in local and Group Quality teams- to review standards and RACI‘s, simplification and harmonization of current processes- to analyse KPI‘s to agree priorities & support- to participate and support projects and NPD- to report on regular basis

- to support Category (Deli / Provisions) to deliver legal and quality products which are sourced from approved suppliers - to ensure that all products meet company policy requirements and national legislation and EU laws (e.g. Tesco Food Labelling Standard, Slovak Food Act)- to deliver the Category technical and re-design plan- preparing new technical specifications for packed and loose products in cooperation with approved suppliers- revising some existing technical specifications with approved suppliers in accordance with legal requirements - communicating of final approved technical specifications to suppliers and Brand team- preparing corrections to design proposals- approving of final designs with suppliers and Brand team- communication of country specific law requirements to UK Group Trading Law & Technical in order to meet consistency in providing of food information to consumers between CE countries- suppliers audits and visits following TFMS standard- to administrate Tesco Technical Library, supporting SK suppliers and users- reporting on regular basis- managing external audits provided by SAI (planning, invoicing)

- processing State Veterinary and Food Administration (SVFA) and Public Health Authority (PHA) inspections executed on stores- preparing appeals against adjudications of imposed penalties- challenging decissions of SVFA and PHA- ensuring emergency product withdrawal- communicating changes in legislation (local, EU)- consulting legal requirements with project teams and across other depts- invoicing imposed penatlies- preparation of policy documents and training materials- providing training and coaching for stores and head office depts- supporting operation teams in terms of legal requirements- cross functional communication- reporting
