Typically for SS-M3, this is a course on communication: rarely encountered where people focus on finding fault in others and hiding weakness in self.It exploits the analogy of "one mouth and two ears", but opens with learning to listen to and understand oneself as a vital prerequisite for listening to others and being able to impact their lives positively. In line with fostering connectedness, common to all the SS-M3 projects, it teaches the building of local mutual support groups both to get through the tough times, and to spread the practice of mutual support through communities and social organisations.This Social Shift, inspired by the pioneering work of David Gershon, will be driven by a superstructure of online network marketing, with supporting courses and Third Millennium physical products (organic cotton clothing, stationery made with recycled materials, & much more), providing opportunity for individual enterprise and distinction in endeavours to build community, end poverty, end the ruthless exploitation of people and planet, and strive to restore world peace and our global environment.This provides a unique global opportunity open to all, to succeed and become financially secure through promoting harmony and well-being at every point of interaction with each other and with our Mother Earth.

An initiative with the overall aim of improving the quality of interaction between parents and their children, other parents and teachers, for the purpose of empowering children to take responsibility for their personal decisions and for their own wider role in society* A study, training and development programme, to include audios, videos, books, webinars, facilitator training seminars and workshops, mastermind groups, and outreach projects* Incorporates a dynamic dissemination strategy through the development of mutual empowerment support groups, for problem-solving at the level of the individual, the family, the local community, and through networks for addressing national and global issues* Driven by a network marketing concept to create the momentum needed to cope with the urgency of environmental collapse and climate change brought about by the exploitation of people and resources alike* Includes education and training programmes for promotion by Member group leaders to their groups, for sharing information and ideas about sustainable approaches to modern life which feel like enrichment rather than dutiful deprivation - focal topics such as natural health; permaculture, art and architecture for building communities in harmony with the natural world; the vital importance of music, drama and dance in creating social cohesion; Enterprise as Giving: the responsible use of wealth for reaching out to people and causes which have suffered from exploitative enterprise* Interlocks with "Transformative Teachers" and with "Education Transformer" as the three principal projects forming "Social Shift - M3", an arch-project intended to stabilise individuals, communities and institutions through dynamic and empowered communication

A community project. Through equipping neighbourhood leaders with empowerment skills to introduce to, encourage and provide support to parents to read to their young preschool children, this project aims to give those young children who might otherwise be ill-prepared, the skills they will need to make the most of their life in school. As important by-products, it's expected that parent-child bonding will be enhanced, leading to more positive relationship building at every level in society, reducing social exclusion and eliminating to a great extent all the trappings which it carries with it.

I worked with people of all ages, but mostly with youngsters of school age, in giving them the confidence to acknowledge their own abilities and take responsibility for their own learning, thereby enabling them to progress in their studies at a rapid rate. I focus on developing understanding and enthusiasm ahead of, but not excluding, specific learning and memorising. The subjects I cover are Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Music to "A" Level, and support in most other normal school subjects at more elementary levels. I was also available to teach Piano and Double Bass - physical disability now prevents it.

Introduced Assessing Pupil Progress and individual target setting for all pupils. Also delivered Music to KS3. Staff rep on Management Committee.

Maths to KS3 and 4. ICT to KS3, 4 and 5.

Maths to KS3, 4 and 5. Lead teacher for KS3. Introduced computer-based work to enhance the curriculum.

Recommending foods to enhance health and overcome symptoms of poor health, such as colds, flu, digestive irregularities, headaches etc.

Taught Music to KS3, 4 and 5. Conducted and arranged for Junior Band. Active in PTA. Devised radically innovative schemes of work for KS3 and KS4, reaching down to KS2 in feeder primary schools and out into the community with music and performance.
