Inventory Location Analysis:• Authored and modeled an optimization flow chart which automatically suggests appropriate stock locations for raw material based on usage, priority, and on-hand days; adaptable constraints will affect the way material falls through the flow chart depending on user preferences.Inventory Recalibration:• Developed a best-practice dashboard which identifies space-saving opportunities within a given warehouse location; provides the end user with suggested actions to minimize wasted space, duplicate pallets, and erroneous inventory transactions.Kaizens, GEMBAs, & Continuous Improvement:• Team member on three Kaizen events.
