Product Management - Customer Success Data & Analytics - Project Manager (Consulting)
Current-Served as project manager for enterprise wide internal / external Customer Success data products, focused on driving product adoption through data science models, and generating personalized recommendations to drive recurring product utilization using machine learning models. Efforts included Agentforce, Data Cloud, Slack, Mulesoft, Salesforce Platform, Tableau and Marketing Cloud. -Managed stakeholders for the program’s governance efforts, the planning of resources and their respective tasks, risks & dependencies, and serving as a scrum lead for two teams’ major product releases.-Ran release management efforts across product leaders, data science, data engineering, and decision science teams.-Created the risk management & change management frameworks for the Customer Success Data & Analytics department.-Automated project tasks and created visualizations using JavaScript.-Created lineage diagrams/documentation by reviewing data engineering python code, supporting impact analysis, data roadmap planning, and data governance efforts. Included data assets across AWS & Snowflake.
