Senior Director, Business Development
CurrentI am responsible for developing and executing business development strategies to grow the company's revenue. This includes identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners, leading the program and project management teams in developing and submitting proposals, negotiating contracts and terms of business, managing the company's sales pipeline, and tracking and reporting on sales performance. I have 30+ years of collective experience in the defense industry, both on active duty and as a contractor. I have a proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans to grow revenue and market share. Working directly with the Vice President of the Engineering Department, I have already exceeded our new growth goals by 10%. I continue to be a strong communicator and relationship builder with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. I strive to be an integral part of the engineering division, with extensive experience developing and implementing strategic plans to improve our operational efficiency and profitability. I look forward to collaboration at all levels of the organization and staying connected to our Senior Line Managers for advice and recommendations on structuring CTC's new capabilities.
