My responsibilities include the creation, development and implementation of corporate marketing plans in conjunction with executive management for Nexus and our sister companies. My primary role is to identify emerging markets in the heavy civil industry and establish strategies to generate new clientele while maintaining an existing customer base. Some of my main responsibilities include professional development of our engineering and technical staff with regards to business development, assisting in the proposal progress, and oversight of the marketing process.

In response to the needs of our clients, the owners of Bloomsdale Excavating Co., Inc. have formed this new company to provide a link between owners, engineers and general contactors on heavy civil projects. Nexus is an independent company with professional expertise in design and contract document review, constructability assessment, value engineering, construction claims, and project management.My responsibilities include the procurement of heavy civil projects in states of Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Tennessee and Mississippi. My duties are to generate new clientele and maintain an existing customer base by providing cost effective solutions to their heavy civil projects through our engineering staff of construction professionals.

My responsibilities include the procurement of heavy civil projects in states of Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas,Tennessee and Mississippi. My duties are to generate new clientele, maintain an existing customer base by administering to contracts with owners, subcontractors and suppliers by coordinating flow of information with operations staff.

My duties included the day-to-day coordination of manpower, equipment and contract administration of multiple projects, production tracking, jobs costing, scheduling and public relations.
