As the President of Management Transitions Ltd., I help Presidents, CEOs, and owners of small and medium sized businesses deal with the challenges they face in building their businesses. I have over 25 years of experience in designing and facilitating processes that turn groups of people into high performing teams, and in teaching managers and leaders how to build teams. I also help people with technical skills become effective managers and leaders, through courses and executive coaching. I have done over 20,000 hours of one-on-one coaching of business leaders, enhancing their interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.In addition to my work with Management Transitions Ltd., I am also the Founder and National Director of Chair Development at TEC Canada, the world's largest and longest established leadership development organization for CEOs, Presidents, and business owners. I lead CEO and Presidential peer groups, helping them become more effective leaders and build businesses that outperform their expectations. I am passionate about working with others who are trying to do the same thing. I have been honored as TEC Canada Chairman of the Year twice, and received the Don Cope Award, the ultimate annual award given to one of the 850+ TEC/Vistage Chairs in the world.
