Duties:Sole role reporting to the European Director of Leasing in a team of 15.Leasing and pre-leasing of retail developments and small offices including weekly KPI reporting.Formulating and modelling rent review and leasing strategies including setting targets to the letting agents, identifying opportunities for growth, and regular presentation of progress senior directors.Delivery of comprehensive scenario models for future development projects and asset acquisitions including benchmarking and valuation appraisals.Ad hoc projects including regular secondment to finance and development teams to represent leasing interests.Representing the department for the 5 year budgeting and business planning process.Key Achievements:Major contributor in a team that successfully negotiated over 600 lettings on London properties with a combined initial value of over £180m per annum.Devised and modelled the strategies to achieve the business objective rental growth over 5 years on two major assets. >35% growth achieved.Feasibility and due diligence to support a successful 50% Joint-venture acquisition of a site in Milan.Delivery of bespoke lease management system and suite of end-user reports, used by the whole business.Re-engineering of the rent billing process improving turnover rent collection from 65% to 97% during covid ‘21.
