Founded CalUp, a cutting-edge event coordination platform in the San Francisco Bay Area. By incorporating personalized itineraries and group chat features, I transformed the way event planners engage their guests.

Joined AppCentral, the leading provider of Mobile Application Management solutions, in December 2011 as COO and member of the Board of Directors. Participated in building a new executive management team, identifying & articulating the market position & strategic value of the company, launching and ramping the AppCentral SaaS solution to G1000 customers, and building scalable & efficient systems and operating processes. Acquired by Good Technology in October 2012. Joined Good Technology as VP on closing.

Co-founded BlueRun Ventures (formerly Nokia Venture Partners) in 1998. Participated in raising $1 billion across four funds, and oversaw many aspects of the firms operating and investing activities. Investment areas included enterprise, mobile and Internet technologies. Served on the Boards of Netli (acquired by Akamai), Like.com (acquired by Google), Paypal (PYPL), Bitfone (acquired by HP) and Location Labs (acquired by AVG), among others.

Ipsilon Networks, was a venture backed innovator in data networking and enterprise security. Joined Ipsilon as employee #24 and managed all aspects of finance, accounting, IT, HR, legal and manufacturing operations as the company grew to approximately 150 employees with sales organizations in Europe and Asia. Highly involved in fundraising from both strategic and venture investors, and managed the M&A process as the company was acquired by Nokia Corporation in December 1997. Joined Nokia in the context of the acquisition and served as Head of Finance, IP Routing/Security Group and member of the Business Development/M&A team until September 1998 when Nokia Ventures/BlueRun Ventures was founded.

SAC, a Teknekron Company, was a leading provider of software solutions (loans, deposits, customer information, etc.) to financial institutions. Joined SAC as Controller in 1990; became CFO in 1991, and oversaw all aspects of finance, accounting, legal and HR as the company grew to ~140 employees. In 1994, SAC divested its core banking software business to Metavante, and refocused on its emerging risk analytics business in connection Risk Management Technologies (RMT). Became COO & negotiated the merger of SAC into RMT in 1995 and briefly served as CFO of RMT for a transition period. RMT was acquired by Fair Isaac (FICO) in 1997.

Joined Price Waterhouse as an associate in the Emerging Business. Clients included a variety of public and private technology and industrial companies. Participated in multiple acquisitions and IPOs.
