My specialist areas are Isolation valves, actuators, and backflow preventers.I provide technical and commercial support for the Sales team, with our Industrial Process solutions for projects in such industries as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Tank Farms, Wastewater, Water Treatment, Hospital water treatment, etc. The projects I work on range from a few hundred thousand dollars to millions of dollars. An important part of my work is to ensure the product selections meet the technical specifications required for each project, checking the delivery times, and keeping the customer informed.I enjoy learning and I have found that my knowledge grows with each project. I attend courses and enjoy researching products and industries to further my skills and knowledge. There is an excellent knowledge exchange between my colleagues as we work on complex projects.I also work directly with customers when they need to replace their valves or require a repair to their valves or when they need technical support. Often our customers know what parts they want, at other times I assist them using my technical knowledge and my experience to find the correct product that meets their application needs.Much of my enjoyment comes from solving technical challenges and making my customers happy with the solutions that I present to them.
