I led a diverse team of 100+ designers across Accenture Song (previously Accenture Interactive/Fjord). Aside from business development and design and innovation leadership for our largest programs, I also manage the day-to-day Fjord design practice. This includes establishing craft and quality standards, design program approaches and methodology, and people management to ensure we craft a design led culture that engages our people and creates the right conditions for them to do their best work.

Sequence (acquired by Salesforce) is an experience design firm focused on the intersection of brand and service design with offices in San Francisco and New York City. My role at Sequence gave me the opportunity to hone my project leadership skills and my service and interaction design chops against a host of digital platforms, devices, and physical contexts. My clients at Sequence include: Apple, Chevron, Peet’s, Best Buy and Logitech.

Loomis Group is a mid-size integrated agency where I managed the UX department as well as the SEO/Analytics department. This position gave me the unique opportunity to engage with nearly every project and resource within the company leading to a huge spike in my personal knowledge about the interactive space. I collaborated with clients such as: Google, Sephora, McAfee, YouTube, Nokia, Samsung, StubHub, Polycom, LG and SanDisk and many more.My Role and Responsibilities• Define the UX vision for the company and educate internal resources about UX principles• Client presentations and new business pitches• Lead and mentor the UX department• Lead and mentor the SEO/Analytics department• Create a broad range of user experience deliverables

I have had many roles at The Groop including Copy Writer, Project Manager, Content Strategist and Experience Architect. This varied approach has given me a unique grasp of the interactive industry. My role during the last two years I worked at The Groop was as a client facing Experience Architect. Park's Market was a bodega on 4th and Main in Downtown Los Angeles that I bought with my partner my senior year of college. It was a crazy experience, but super enlightening from a work and culture perspective. I'll tell you all about it over a beer.
