Group Chief Executive Officer
CurrentEvery growing international enterprise encounters the problem of ‘multiples’, when it comes to payments. There are multiple countries, multiple payment types, different payment use cases in each nation, a variety of channels, and an endless list of changing regulations. As a result, expansion slows down. Companies must maintain countless technical integrations and vendor relationships, while reconciling global payments. Peter joined NomuPay in June 2021 as CEO. Driven by the script above of unresolved payments issues for global merchants, Peter set about working alongside Finch Capital to form a unified payments platform out of its 2021 acquisition of Wirecard assets, specifically local licenses, across Turkey and Asia Pacific (specifically Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand), as well as separate businesses such as Cardinity in Lithuania (also known as Click2Sell) to cover European licenses. In 2023, NomuPay completed the acquisition of Total Processing to add merchant tools, smart routing, orchestration, and a world leading recurring and scheduling capability to round out the service offering. Accordingly, at NomuPay, we remove the burden of ‘multiples’, by unifying fragmented payment networks. In the face of continued technological, market, method and data fragmentation, we provide companies with an ‘all access pass’ to global payments’, enabling enterprises to continue to expand globally, and to future-proof payment strategies whilst achieving the highest possible conversion and auth rates.NomuPay has raised over $65 million, funding that it is using to continue expanding its operations and building its platform with additional integrations and enhanced functionality.
