In the mid-90s, I stepped into a UK-based project team as an eager Aussie engineer, ready to make my mark. It was a time when everything seemed possible, and I was determined to prove that no challenge was too big. I quickly earned a reputation for turning complex problems into innovative solutions, leading the charge in designing advanced automation systems at Yokogawa UK. My experience in the mining industry gave me the edge to seamlessly blend new technology with established processes.As I navigated the ups and downs of multiple projects, I honed my skills in managing resources and driving teams toward success.
