With years of agency experience I have been building strong skills within strategic planning and refined my analytic skills. My engagement in impending assignments has made me responsible for the smallest ads to the largest campaigns – both national and international. I now perfect these competences by teaching in the tension field between my own practical experience and the latest marketing theory. I provide relevant development and management of any key account activities. I have been responsible for the sales planning as well as executing them in the market and managed a client portfolio with key customers such as LEGO, Grundfos, Danfoss, Novozymes, Rockwool, Vestas and LINAK. I am a strong facilitator, communicator and presenter. Over the years I have been the public image of the agency, both in outreach sales as well as in the daily client service management. I have furthermore built to those competences through my work as lecturer. My biggest strength is that I am dedicated and have a strong willingness to approach changes. Furthermore, I am driven and motivated by the process to reach a goal. I am motivated in a job by two basic elements; it should be fun to go to work and it must be challenging everyday.Three fields of interest are: 1. Develop, counsel and create growth of brands2.
