Document multiple ICT processes for technical and end-user staff. Create multiple user "how-to" documents.Customised Win7 / WinXP builds for operational manufacturing plant and testing facilities.

Provide support for BAU/IMAC for internal/external staff & clients, via VPN for MS, Citrix and other. Perform 3rd line duties and staff mentoring for Managed Services Service Desk to ITIL processes.Project:Installation of Microsoft ISA Server 2006/Websense 6.3 web content filtering solution to all company sites on new HP servers/VMWare.
