Most were multi-site and several over multiple time zones.▪Achieved ITIL Expert, Prince2, Green IT, Microsoft certified, and Chartered IT professional with a track record of aligning ICT to the needs of businesses.▪ Projects; hardware, software, telephony, and medium size projects.▪ Authored/reviewed Policy & Procedure documentation allowing the more focussed and efficient function of IT services.▪ Created user guides and technical manuals allowing staff and operations to achieve more and reduce waste.▪ Over 25 years of ICT experience gained in several countries in multi-site operations from Professional Office, SME, Print & New Media, Education, Finance, Freight & Logistics, Manufacturing, Software, and other industries. What I like doing: ▪ Saving the company serious money on BAU activities, improving the bottom line.▪ Aligning the services provided by ICT to those actually required and agreed by the business.▪ Eliminating the root cause of those "complaints" from all end users!▪ Reducing the liability of the company from their (staff's) use of ICT systems.▪ Documentation of Policies and Procedures, so they work like they should!▪ Reducing complexity, making support easier, quicker.

Document multiple ICT processes for technical and end-user staff. Create multiple user "how-to" documents.Customised Win7 / WinXP builds for operational manufacturing plant and testing facilities.
