I worked on a dynamic team in the early stages of a major natural gas pipeline expansion project. Using a wide knowledge of legal framework, I obtained and organized property deed history and right-of-way information from local courthouse records. This required a great deal of critical thinking and the ability to interpret and analyze legal documents. By coordinating with other agents, I helped to complete Limited Title Certificates and solve discrepancies in property ownership information.

As an intern at CRBR, Inc. I was able to work independently to research and implement building energy modeling software for company-wide use. This software gave the company the ability to perform cost/benefit analysis on building materials and green systems used in home construction. I prepared and planned for the LEED certification of a proposed house project and assessed the feasibility of platinum certification. Using architecture software called Chief Architect, I edited and created professional building plans to show to potential clients.

I managed a team of lifeguards and delegated duties as appropriate to the facility use. By coordinating my team and managing responsibility, the facility was able to seamlessly transition between different user groups. As a representative of the UGA Recreational Sports Complex, I dealt directly with customer service issues. During my shifts I was in charge of monitoring and maintaining the water chemistry for four independent pool systems and ensuring strict adherence to established safety procedures.
