Mommi sells a protein powder combined with a prenatal vitamin consumer product to women who are pregnant/nursing. The product was originally sold in retail; current product sales are on Amazon. Worked with a strategic investor to design product and to roll it out to sales partner. Led product reformulation and relaunch after product pivot.• Closed seed round, securing a total of $580,000 of investment capital.• Raised additional $165,000 in grant funding.• Sold $200,000 of product in initial product launch.

Kinect Capital assists startups to become investable and makes connections to investment capital. Mentored 470+ startups which collectively closed $300 million of capital from angels, VC’s, and other PE firms.Developed annual Investors Choice and WeROC (Women Entrepreneurs Realizing Opportunities for Capital) Conferences to feature up to 20 startups annually. Created investor panels to attract regional PE, VC, and other equity investment funds. Two-thirds closed investment capital within 12 months, many were acquired.Startups include Airin (AI), Gather, Consensus, Journey Front (tech), High West Distillery (consumer product), Tula Health (healthcare) among others. Partnered with PE firms (angel and VC) including Aim, Keiretsu, Kickstart, Park City Angels, Pelion, Mercato, Signal Peak, SLC Angels, Sorensen, Tamarak, and many others. • Developed Salesforce CRM reporting protocols to provide more robust reporting to funding partners.• Increased Kinect revenue by 3x by expanding funding partners to include government and foundations.

Facilitated the transition from Olympus Angels to SLC Angels, group went from near-zero investment activity to becoming an active funder in the region. Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Development 2011‐2012Successfully implemented Salesforce CRM to streamline operations within Technology Commercialization Program (TCIP) and Corporate Incentives business units after a thorough review of manual application, review, and audit processes.• Reduced corporate incentives review process from 9 months to a few hours.• Reduced the TCIP grant application and rating processes from several weeks to 2 days. Utah Science and Technology Research Initiative 2007‐2011 Aided founding of the Park City Angels, implemented Salesforce CRM, and worked on other partnerships.• Played key role in founding Park City Angels to ultimately become the most active regional angel group.• Developed tech commercialization MVP for joint venture between the University of Utah and USTAR.• Implemented Salesforce CRM to streamline KPI tracking and reporting processes from Google Docs.
