About Peter Cavalli, Mpa

Public Administration & Education/Training Generalist with interests in Public Works, Emergency Management, Environmental Compliance, and Information Technology.Managing Tampa Bay Training and traveling around the state of Florida takes teaching FDOT Maintenance of Traffic Control, FDEP FSESCI, HSI CPR/AED/First Aid, HSI Bloodborne Pathogens, Landscaping/GIBMP, Defensive Driving, Forklift Operations and management/leadership class takes most of my time. But we at Tampa Bay Training believe in giving back. For that reason we are strongly nvolved with several committees with the Florida City and County Managment Association (FCCMA), American Public Works Association (APWA) at the National/State and Branch Levels and the Florida Water and Pollution Control Operators Association (FWPCOA) at Region IV.At Tampa Bay Training we provide both online and in-person/onsite training throughout Florida. We also believe that training require both expertise in the subject matter, but it also requires an understanding of educational theories, psychology of the student, and a large tool box of techniques to help the student.
