He also created a new, monetizable advertising platform for Sony and third-party brands. He and his team led the company's database marketing and ecommerce efforts, developing new product and service offerings and delivering over $100 million in incremental revenue to the company less than two years after coming on board. He was also responsible for integrating several of Sony’s 555 Media Ventures acquisitions into Sony Music operations and frequently traveled to other Sony offices in Europe, Japan and Australia to evangelize the concept of CRM and direct marketing and highlight successes from his team's efforts in the US and train Sony international marketing organizations.
