As Secretary General, responsibilities included developing investment theses, managing sector fund CEOs, developing fundraising materials, sourcing investment opportunities, and performing investment diligence.

For the busy professionals in technology-creative companies to international business travelers, Sleepbox provides a discrete respite to relax and recharge. Many offices are on-boarding top talent who show passion and dedication to their work. However, this level of engagement usually means long days and odd hours, eventually leading individuals to hit a wall. Sleepboxes can be used to recharge and allow these professionals to sharpen their focus to tackle the next challenge. Likewise Sleepboxes have been installed as nap vending machines or hotels in public places such as airports, train stations, or hotels in locations from Moscow to Sweden. As the first partner in the United States, I worked from the ground up building out operational support, logistics, financing, and marketing of Sleepboxes to different US and international markets. We have focused on finding innovative ways to finance and distribute Sleepboxes in the US, and also working on changing the cultural connotations associated with napping in the workplace. During a 10 week period I created tools and models to help in the structuring and sale of commercial mortgage backed securities. I spent 5 weeks with the CMBS primary desk working with the syndication team to construct tools and gain knowledge of their syndication process, swap contract valuation, and hedging valuations. I gained exposure and worked with the sale of Conduit and Single-Borrower CMBS, CRE CLO's, Pooled Floating-Rate CMBS, and Agency CMBS products. Prior to working with the syndication team, I spent 5 weeks working with the structuring team reverse engineering rating agency models and building databases of information for methodologies provided by Moody's, Fitch, Kroll, DBRS and S&P. I also created property-level cash flow models to determine how cash flow stresses would affect debt service and engage trigger periods. I also used previous knowledge of Rating Agency models to determine credit enhancement for conduit CMBS in order to determine loan pricing.

For a low-budget independent film shot in Central Massachusetts, I coordinated daily data transfers and managed footage shipments from the set to production studio. In Post Production, I aided with editing final scenes and I created the trailer used for promotion, festival application, and final sale of the film.

I worked with multiple Hilltop retail banking offices, rotating between all aspects of small banking for an education in lending, compliance, financing, and cash management.

Managed seasonal business and staff of 14 employees with hiring and firing responsibilities. Progressed from entry level to the manager over 2 years, responsible for inventory, pricing, and new offerings.
