Chief of staff role: With reference to GSVP in Vestas Roald Steen Jakobsen, People & Culture I have established and managed a well-functioning secretariat supporting the leadership team globally. I been deeply involved in the following:• ”New Business Model”: Transforming HR from 740 FTEs (2010) to 155 FTEs (today).• Organizational Development, Vestas (turn around) • Vestas Leadership Forum 2011 & 2012 (for Top-200 Leaders in Vestas).

I lead the building of Vestas’ e-learning initiatives. From literally nothing to top class in 18 months. With three department teams: E-learning Operations, E-learning production (using the SCRUM methodology) & a team of learning consultants, we created Vestas global e-learning concept: ”Vestas World”, which in 2009 / 2010 won the two prestigious Bersin & Brandon Hall awards. The Vestas World concept is characterized by:• Uncompromised Quality • Eye level communication • Strong natural stories • Worlds best integrated impact measurement• Very high Learning Impact

Editor of internal Personnel magazines (primarily for BG Bank & Danica Pension) and external customer magazines (Danica Pension). Communication Consultant for BG Bank and Danica Pension, advising about change management, leadership- and line communication. Examples of Group projects: CSR (project in Group Communication) and “Living the Danske Bank values” (project in Group Communication).

Head of Communications responsible for all internal and external communication (not marketing). Introduced a new very open dialogue approach with Danish Medias (e.g. DR in documentary covered the planning and initial execution of prize war in January 2004). Worked with Crisis management, Change-management, Business Development & e-learning.
