As CCO for the RTX Group, Enterprise, Healthcare & Pro Audio, I am not just responsible for generating a turnover of approximately USD120 M with solid year-to-year growth. I achieve this with my strong team, leading and inspiring them to reach new heights. As CCO, I am a pivotal part of the Group Executive Management team, directly reporting to the CEO, underscoring my strategic importance and accountability. My role as CCO entails full P&L responsibility for the entire business, including sales, product management and marketing, business and strategy development, and portfolio and product management. This comprehensive oversight allows me to make strategic decisions that drive the business forward.

Hong Kong Sar

I successfully built and established the Business Communication unit from the ground up alongside my dedicated management team. This unit, comprising 140 talented individuals, was responsible for an impressive 70% of the RTX Group's total turnover before we merged with the Design Services unit to form ONE RTX, enhancing our overall market presence.In addition, I spearheaded the creation of a 60-person R&D department in Hong Kong, which encompassed Mechanical, Hardware, Software, Software Testing, and Product Test Engineering teams. I also developed a 30-person supply chain, accompanied by production support and quality assurance teams strategically located in Hong Kong and China.Moreover, I established a fully functional Project Management department in Hong Kong to effectively support Sales and Business Directors across Asia, Denmark, and the USA. This initiative resulted in significant year-over-year growth and the successful expansion of our Business Communication Sales and Low-level Software department in Denmark, which now boasts around 50 employees.As a member of the Group Executive Management team, I reported directly to the CEO. Throughout this journey, I managed a comprehensive Profit and Loss statement, crafted effective strategies, and developed a clear roadmap for the business unit's continued success.

RTX Telecom acquired a company named DRS in Hong Kong. I was transferred from the headquarters of RTX in Denmark to lead the business in Hong Kong.DRS Electronics Ltd. has established itself as a leader in a world interconnected by international telecommunications, positioning itself as a company that anticipates future trends. Founded in 1991 by Mr. Bo Arvin and Ms. Maryrose Yau, DRS Electronics Ltd. has offices in both Hong Kong and Denmark.

As an engineering manager at RTX DK, I successfully led Group 4 and oversaw all initiatives in the dynamic field of VoIP.

As the product owner for Wireless Local Loop (WLL), I oversee all new WLL products and manage RTX's largest account in this segment.RTX Telecom A/S is one of the world's leading independent suppliers of wireless product development solutions for companies in the advanced wireless communication sector. Established in 1993 by three Danish engineers, it is listed on the OMX Copenhagen Stock Exchange.RTX operates through four business units: RTX Technology, RTX Consumer Products, RTX Network Systems, and RTX Healthcare. RTX Network Systems develops, produces, and sells technology solutions, subcomponents, and products for complete telephone network systems. Notable products and solutions include software, components, and products specifically designed for IP-based DECT Wireless Local Loop systems (WLL).

RTX has successfully completed over 700 wireless design and OEM/ODM projects.The company's foundation is built on substantial knowledge and expertise in designing advanced wireless short-range systems and products. RTX primarily focuses on solutions that utilize DECT, CAT-iq™, Bluetooth™, Wi-Fi™, and VoIP technology, including both Skype and SIP.RTX guides projects from the initial concept stage through specification, design, development, testing, and verification, culminating in a final product. Successfully enhanced the operational capabilities of submarines, helicopters, and warships by repairing and installing advanced infrared cameras across Denmark, Greenland, Iceland, and the Faroe Islands.
