As the Founder and Director of Digital Asset Custody Solutions Pty Ltd (DACS), I lead the entrepreneurial initiatives essential to capitalise on the emerging commercial opportunities related to the decentralised economy. My responsibilities encompass strategy development, business planning, execution, sales, marketing, industry engagement, technology development enablement, compliance and capital raising. Established in 2019, DACS operates as a private client over-the-counter (OTC) exchange serving businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs).Originally a side project, DACS has evolved significantly following identifying a distinct market need. This involves bridging the gap between the decentralised and traditional economies by providing digital asset attestations for regulatory and tax compliance. In collaboration with my new co-founder, we have developed a prototype for our Digital Asset Attestation Platform (DAAP). We are expanding our client base and use cases we solve, including disputes and corporate governance.We have created and maintain important partnerships, including a strategic alliance with the RMIT Blockchain Innovation Hub. Our collaborative efforts extend to numerous projects within the Australian audit industry and fintech sectors, both domestically and in Singapore.

I've recently launched "Entrepreneurship with Peter Christo". It's at entrepreneurship.au and available on Spotify, Apple and Amazon.I've set this up while I love business and entrepreneurship, I have found it to be a 'getting of wisdom' type activity, reminiscent of the book The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho. Of course, there is a material reward at stake, but we humans are motivated by intensives, and in general, these are to improve our station in wealth, power and influence.This podcast is a forum for discussion and discourse to reveal the truth in the world of entrepreneurial endeavour. Not all is as it should be. Sometimes, the market for ideas, innovations and capital is corrupted, and the best ideas and intentions are not always the beneficiaries. There is a saying that "it's the pioneers are the ones who take the arrows",.. I've seen this again and again. Nichola Tesla is an excellent example of that.However, extraordinary ideas and businesses sometimes become incredible enterprises with bigger balance sheets than many countries. This benefits the business, the community and the country in which they operate. With over two decades of experience, I've had a diverse career spanning financial technology (Fintech), management consulting, entrepreneurship, and service in the Australian Defence Force (ADF). From 2020 to 2023, I served as a Commercialisation Facilitator for the Entrepreneurs Programme (EP), specialising in Fintech, AI, blockchain, and cybersecurity.
