I led the Client Solutions teams for LinkedIn's Marketing Solutions business in the Asia-Pacific region, a team of over 80 high performing individuals across ten offices in India, Australia, Southeast and North Asia. The Client Solutions team is the leading edge of customer value for LMS, enabling marketers to harness the power of content marketing to transform the way brands connect with our professional member base in order to meet their business objectives.My role during this tour of duty included managing a large scale organisational transformation (merging two distinct teams and five different role types into a single, homogenous CSM organisation), leveraging a wide range of data sets and business metrics to identify data driven solutions to drive scale and leverage across our business, and partnering closely with other internal teams to identify levers for client success (product marketing, marketing, sales effectiveness, insights and agency relations).

As a senior manager in the Operations consulting practice in Singapore, I specialized in using data driven analysis to identify and execute efficiency opportunities across a range of organisational dimensions. My experience in Singapore covered a number of industries delivering tactical, short term engagements as well as broader business transformation projects.A key focus for me during my time in the Singapore practice was to develop, market and execute our Operations consulting offerings for PwC across South East Asia. I was responsible for securing two iconic procurement transformation projects for the PwC South East Asia Consulting joint venture worth over US$4.5m.Beyond client work, I had a number of practice management responsibilities centered around building the Operations team, including coaching and career development, education and training and resource management.

My role as project manager involved coordinating and delivering various longitudinal studies and surveys for clients by undertaking data analysis using both Excel and specialist statistical software packages (SPSS, R, custom built software) to deliver complex analytical insights including drivers of consumer loyalty and customer satisfaction as well as conducting customer base segmentation.
