Drive all stages of luxury, high-end architectural projects and customized design creations, specializing in lobby and entranceways, executive conference rooms, cabinetry, workplace environments and private residences. Partner with architects, designers, homeowners and project managers from concept through completion to ensure all elements are on budget, on time and exceed the client’s expectations. Conduct contract negotiations, submit detailed bids and estimates, and secure projects, directly resulting in increased sales revenue from $750k to $3.8M for 2015.Analyze blueprints, research material costs, estimate labor and time, and construct the timelines and scope of each project. Finalize all project details and re-draw and/or re-design components based on final design. Establish and manage all project budgets, material costs, and labor costs. Coordinate with all stakeholders throughout to reinforce transparency and demonstrate collaboration in the planning, scheduling and execution of projectsOversee all warehouse and fabrication operations for a 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse and supervise a staff of over 20 machinists, fabricators, installers and general staff. Interview, hire and train all new employees; delegate project assignments; conduct quality control inspections both on-site and during fabrication to ensure all finished products meet project specifications. Research luxury or unique materials often requiring extensive product knowledge, vendor negotiations, additional logistics, or specialized installation requirements.Program all CNC, AutoCAD and engineering details, as well as operate the CNC machine and cut all project materials.

Directed all stages of commercial and residential construction and custom woodworking projects, specializing in new construction, renovations, alterations, and general contracting services, while partnering with clients to ensure the deliver valued engineering, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service to achieve quality results.Meet with perspective clients to determine their construction needs, prepared estimates and job bids, negotiated pricing and secured contracts, created timelines, and generated budgets to align with the scope of each project.
