We have employed our agency accelerator program (2Y3X) to establish a firm foundation for TopRight's growth and scale. Since we do not fully integrate its acquired agencies, we have the advantage of acquiring and scaling with a limited headquarters team whose overhead is cash flowed by its TopRight acquisition. As we continue to scale this acquisition, it does not require any significant scale of its core team. Since July 2022, we have increased TopRight’s EBITDA from $3.1 million to $4.9 million (2024) and are now projected to reach an estimated enterprise value of over $30+ million.
