As an Account Director at Vohkus, I enjoy dealing with a wide range of customers from varied industries in my account base. The role involves aligning customer needs with the specific Vohkus products and services we are able to offer, ensuring a customer is able to build and develop their business with IT being an enabler to that process, not a hindrance. With my customers, I am involved in the management of our services portfolio, development of their IT strategy, assisting with project delivery and also the management of daily requests, taking the hassle out of IT procurement. Through my years of working within the IT industry I have been able to learn and refine my abilities within my role, building strong relationships based on trust and understanding of a customers business objectives. I have forged some very valuable relations with long standing customers and business partners, achieving excellent customer retention rates not normally experienced within the IT industry.
