Functional areas of responsibility encompassed procurement, warehousing, logistics, printing, and customer service for this family owned distributor of packaging supplies and equipment.

Reporting to the President/Owner, developed and managed a “book of business”; Led multiple engagements by combining the practical use of tactical planning skills and technology with the thoughtful deployment of human assets to bring about sustainable change. Developed pragmatic solutions to emerging business challenges and served as a trusted client adviser. Offers clients solutions to maximize their competitive position. As a Director, has met the expectations of top clients by ensuring that their needs are fully understood and then fostering the both the internal and external communications to deliver quantifiable results. This work produced the maximization of revenue and profit potential for clients by converting analysis opportunities to implementation authorizations. Upon conversion, delivered results, client satisfaction, project administration, margin performance and account penetration.
