I also built the business case requirements for the program, managed a $60 million budget, developed and managed the Program Roadmap, and initiated projects across 27 organisations within the NSW Health Portfolio.Notable Achievements• Spearheaded stakeholder management efforts for more than 30 projects conducted with 27 organisations. These projects were delivered on schedule and within budget, while also being accompanied by multiple workshops to demonstrate program benefits, bi-monthly technology updates for technical teams, program updates for CIOs, monthly steering committees with CIOs and Program Sponsors, monthly reporting to the steering committees and monthly reporting to NSW Health’s PMO.• Led multiple project teams to migrate more than 180,000 users onto a single authentication and email platform. • Managed multiple teams using a replicable delivery model, to ensure the projects were delivered on time and within budget. This model was subsequently audited by KPMG and found to have the correct level of governance.• Developed repeatable strategies to migrate thousands of users over a weekend, utilising diverse communication channels, including email, dedicated websites, floor walking and posters.• Developed a quality control and delivery process to ensure project plans and initiation documents were created to the highest quality.• Ensured the user community understood the nature and impact of the changes being implemented through dedicated websites, targeted system notifications, and presentations to executive leadership groups. -
