These include:• Unified Communications smartphone platform offering easy-to-implement, high-quality, low latency mobile VoIP and messaging services• Context aware proximity solution for retailers incorporating beacons and mobile payments• VoIP Push-to-talk secure IP communications platform• Smartphone data optimization solution Primary business development activities involve evaluating industry partners, technologies and business opportunities for new revenue opportunities associated with selling QIS solutions directly. Identifying, assessing and creating strategic alliances and partnerships and developing account strategies and business plans for these new business areas.

Global Account Director responsible for managing all aspects of QIS’ relationship with Vodafone’s global organisation including full P&L ownership and leading the commercial, contractual and new products relationship between the two organisations. This includes leading the management and performance of cross functional teams including Operations, Service Delivery, Finance, Legal and Software Development that delivers the Real-Time Recommendations platform for Vodafone’s Global App Store in 9 European Territories.

Successfully launched and built Ireland’s largest mPayment audience participation and customer engagement SaaS solution. This delivered a multi-million Euro annual revenue stream for the company and established the industry standard for best practice in MNO and regulatory engagement. Within two years this business had grown to being the largest in Ireland in terms of both revenue and message volumes. I successfully negotiated the trade sale of this business unit in July 2013.Won a landmark account for a Personalised Advertising Platform solution with Vodafone. Successfully grew and managed the team that provided an outsourced technical and commercial solution delivering real-time display advertising across all of Vodafone Ireland’s mobile assets. Working with brands, media agencies, media buyers and direct corporate clients we created the industry’s highest performing mobile advertising portfolio.
