Was responsible for the management and leasing of O’Hare Lake Office Park, a 50-acre, 5 building property containing 740,000 square feet of multi-tenant office space. The anchor tenancy was a 245,000 RSF lease with the General Services Administration. Working with a Colliers brokerage representation team, I coordinated all leasing activities. Together we completed 35 lease transactions totaling 325,000 square feet with $60M in contract valuation. Overseeing both the office and engineering staff, I was responsible for establishing and implementing annual and long-term property plans consistent with corporate and ownership strategic goals and objectives. Responsibilities included the day-to-day operation of the portfolio, as well as all aspects of financial reporting, coordination of tenant improvements, contract management and tenant satisfaction. In addition we completed 60,000 SF of tenant improvements in the project.

Senior level asset management for a local real estate development and management enterprise as well as its sister start-up outdoor advertising organization. Direct oversight of ownership interest included the management of a 250,000 square feet multi-tenant office space (O'Hare Aerospace Center), while also managing the largest independent outdoor advertising company in the Chicago market. Dual role involved negotiation and development responsibility for all real estate leasing, management, sell/buy implementation as well as securing financing for all transactions involving both companies.
