Responsible for the development and management of all aspects of Digital Marketing including Website creation and optimisation (copywriting, design, HTML coding and Information Architecture), Intranet management, Email Marketing, Video Marketing, Online Surveys, Online Events, Social Media, SEO, PPC and related database management for Scotland’s Leading Commercial Law firm.Internet• Migrate all web content from a folder based structure into a new CMS• Create and manage a process for publishing web content• produce guidance documentation for publishing content• add, profile, review and approve all content on the CMS• manage the structure of the site and continually develop it• resolve any faults with the website/CMS• produce statistical information• train users on how to access, edit and submit content on the CMS• record, edit and publish topical monthly podcasts• optimise all web content for high search engine rankings via SEO• manage website governance tools to monitor quality assurance and accessibility• keep up-to-date with industry developments, trends and report on them where applicable.Intranet• Manage the site• resolving errors within Lotus Notes• train users on how to access, edit and submit content• produce statistical information.Email Marketing• Develop html emails to send out to clients regarding one of many different communication types• create templates for users to develop and distribute email campaigns• produce guidance documentation to assist users• liaise with external consultants to develop email templates that link into the firms CRM System.Online Surveys• Create online surveys to be used in-house and externally • produce guidance documentation and a hints and tips guide for assistance and to ensure consistency• train staff on how to generate their own surveys• resolve all queries and issues regarding online surveys.Related Databases• Manage the firms CV database• maintain technical areas of the firms CRM System.
