CurrentIn 2023 my role expanded to take on the Majors project portfolios and the Professional Services team. This means I now work directly with 5 portfolio delivery leaders who all have their own teams of project managers and operational roles servicing customers in all stages of the project lifecycle.The Dayforce partner ecosystem has significantly expanded since 2022 and so I’m also the Partner Practice lead which covers Partner Success and Delivery Assurance services.Partner Success focuses on supporting and enabling dayforce partners as they grow their footprint in the dayforce market. Delivery Assurance is a customer focused service which offers the opportunity for customers working with partners to lean into the skills and experience of the Dayforce services team through all project stages. It’s proving to be an invaluable service that gives trusted advice to customers in matters such as industry best practice and the Dayforce product roadmap.
