    Customer go live volumes meant the Dayforce services practice had to split into two - Majors and Enterprise - I took on the practice lead role for Enterprise projects with a team of PMs and Solution Architects.Successful deliveries in this period included customers like NG Bailey, Center Parcs and Dr Marten’s (published on LinkedIn) with several others along side these well known brands.In addition to developing connections and partnerships with senior stakeholders on our larger accounts, I was also able to support my team to build out more robust and sophisticated tools / approaches in areas such as requirements gathering, cut overs, data migrations and test plans.
