As a Project Manager I ensured that multiple projects remained on schedule in line with the company’s objectives and the customer expectations. My primary responsibilities included the planning and controlling of internal and external projects using methodology based on PRINCE2 while remaining focused on delivery and budgetary requirements and liaising.

An internal move within the Octium group, I was responsible for the day to day management and target setting for three Service Account Managers. I also focused on major clients to maximise sales opportunities and develop those client relationships.

Derby

Tasked with repositioning the Service Account Management into a more target focused team, I was responsible for the management, targets and training of the three team members. By July 2011 the team had grown to six with a combined total of 400% over projected year end targets.
