• Major responsibilities: Set strategy for the business, cast the vision and mission statement and communicate the objective and goals to the key business team.• Establish, modify and track all aspects of the business plan.• Hire, train and develop the key team members.• Promote and manage all aspects of the sales and Marketing objective for the company.• Establish, monitor and maintain objectives and keep goals on track for the business plan, sales plan and operational plan for the current year.• Make sure the overall company is in compliance with its quality systems, health, safety and document control.• Oversee the daily cash flow, accounting functions and review interim financial statements on a monthly basis, quarterly and annual basis.

HOPE2WATER is a non-profit organization that has a mission to leverage resources for the advancement of renewable self -sustaining technology to provide custom water solutions for SAFE and HEALTHY drinking water and facilitate training for people to become self-sufficient to eliminate ALL causes of WATER BORNE DISEASE worldwide.

The National Tooling and Machining Association consist of over 1400 National members that promotes skill trades and education. It has outreach programs to get high school students enrolled into the Trade school that is support and administrated by N.T.M.A. It helps the members with apprenticeship programs and also tools to help each member grow their businesses.

The Alumni Association provides oversight and feed back for implementing the strategic plan for The University of Toledo. Promotes membership of the Alumni family to sponsor scholarships.

My role as President of the Board is to help COBIAA serve "The University of Toledo Business Alumni" by hosting several events each year that raise donations for endowment. Each endowment fund that is raised creates a source of investment income that provides candidates scholarship monies each year. The Board meets every month and discusses the mission of providing value to the Alumni from the Business College. We have determined that we are going to feature bigger events over the next two years to help create more value and higher level networking opportunities.
