Managed the transition of the Strategic Business Unit with zero customer turnover and increase of 10% revenue during the transition phase.*Realigned an ongoing Customs Self Assessment initiative, such that a value pipeline was created to sustain customer retention and revenue of $2.5M within 6 months.* Successfully re-engineered business practices and process to increase productively and healthier bottom line.

* Reported to the Director of Strategic Business Unit. * Created a knowledge management, collaborative and document database strategy for the Business Unit. * Built value pipelines on customer facing projects which were tightly integrated with Technologies. * Identified the needs of internal and external customers regarding operational process and recommending automated or other appropriate solutions. * Define and documented new processes and procedures. * Coordinated Air Freight and Trade Services initiatives to support legacy systems. * Monitored systems performance and equipment to ensure systems operated in conformance with customs specifications and mandates. * Interfaced with vendors and IS to identify and implement applicable solutions. * Projects also included working with Canadian Food Inspection Agency, Electronic Commerce Unit of Canada Customs and Directorate's of Major Projects /Planning group of Canada Border Services Agency
