Project Management for a variety of projects for some of Adelaide’s largest corporations. Strategic Consulting services including the redesign of corporate services and business processes.

Two projects - 1. Developing the corporate website into a knowledge portal for the Australian grape and wine industry using a content management system and2. Electronically enabling the core business functions using a large project and portfolio management system to replace all the paper based processes.

Developing a business case to enable the continued development of the business intelligence (BI) capabilities over the next 5 years for the whole of South Australia's health services and to support the massive health reforms underway. The BI functions included spatial analysis, predictive analytics, data quality management and data warehousing for both.

Responsible for two projects:1. The technical implementation and piloting of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) 2007 with specific focus on rolling out document management, collaboration tools, integration and workflow capabilities across the organisation.2. Testing and piloting of Microsoft Office 2007 and developing a new Standard Operating.

Strategic and operational responsibility for the management of a 24 x 7 x 365 infrastructure (inc servers, networks, desktops, telephones & hard copy devices) and support services spread across 25 sites and encompassing the largest health related call centre in the Southern Hemisphere. This included completely virtualised server environments spread.

Strategic and Operational responsibility for the provision of all applications, upgrades, change management processes and first level support services for business critical systems including client management, CRM, HR, payroll, finance, call centre systems and data warehousing.

Setting up and running business intelligence capabilities for the organisation including regular and ad hoc reports. Used Cognos to extract, integrate and present data from multiple databases. Provided detailed monthly Executive and Board KPI reporting with commentary.

Running a number of small projects evaluating health programs across the state. Also performed data analysis and reporting services.

Detailed market research and analysis. Part of a small team that worked to improve circulation of the The Advertiser newspaper by redesigning it from a broadsheet to a segmented tabloid based on population surveys and focus groups.

Originally employed to evaluate a number of state-wide health programs I ended up being responsible for the selection and implementation of a patient and information management system for the programs. Detailed data provided evidence to re-engineer the services and greatly expand the number of people who could be helped by the programs. These programs are.
