Raised and educated in North Carolina, I worked in Music, Film, and Theater production and performance. Moving to New York City, I joined Studio Instrument Rentals as a Quality Control technician, focusing on keyboards, synths, and samplers. There I gained experience supporting a broad range of artists, and an understanding of concert, TV, and event production. For the last 20 years I have worked as a keyboard tech/programmer on major international concert tours. In the downtime between jobs, I pick up backline one-off gigs, and AV installation and systems integration projects. I have many precious mentors in the musicians and crew I have worked with. Through the years I have continued producing my own music, at home and on the road, from Portastudio to ADAT to DAW.
