Employed as the Head of Operations for this premium food company to see through the launch of a 3rd brand and put into place policies and procedures to streamline operations across the company.This small family run business was originally set up in 2003 with the Prime Burger brand and then expanding with the Rotisserie Chicken brand. A 3rd brand Sandwich & Co was launched in September 2017.These brands are now part of the portfolio of the International Hospitality Company Delaware North after it's successful acquisition completed 1st qtr of 2018.Sites are currently located in the busy St Pancras International Train Station, Euston Mainline Station and the London ExCel Conference & Exhibition Centre with plans for further sites.I was heavily involved in all aspects of the company allowing the owners and directors of the business to focus on the due diligence process of the sale with my main focus on project managing the launch of a 5th site and new brand Sandwich & Co aswell as overseeing the day-to-day operations of all existing sites, principle role responsibilities being brand standards, financial performance, food safety, health & safety, HR and recruitment, implementing sales & marketing strategies, procurement, maintenance programs and new product development strategies. Production of management action plans following audits to ensure all risk management is up to date and have built an extensive network of contacts in the industry over the years.
