Within BAM Group I am globally responsible for Application Services. The Application Services staff & teams are located in The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium and Germany. As Director of Operations, P&L responsible for 400 FTE (350 own & 50 subcontractors). The management team consists of a Director of Operations, Commercial Director, 7 Unit managers, 6 Sales executives and 4 Resource managers.Together with the Commercial Director we started treating Region West (formally two practices) as one entity (due to it's success this is now implemented for all regions per January 1st 2015). Scope of work remains largely the same (P&L shift to Director of Ops), more focus on Operational Excellence, Competence Management and Workforce Management and is intended to grow even further in 2015.ATOS Technology Services (TS) is dedicated to supplying our clients with the best professionals on single secondment basis (aka detachering), smart resourcing & projects.
