During this period I was engaged in senior level management consulting with a wide variety of organizations, mostly in high tech and services.

Responsible for all aspects of HR. Of particular note, I organized a health and safety initiative that allowed unionized staff to become certified occupational health and safety inspectors and assist in creating safer working conditions in BC forests

Responsible for the successful merger of all of the Catholic Healthcare facilities in Vancouver, BC. Once merged, responsible for all of elements of human resources management and organizational development

Responsible for foodservices, catering and souvenir sales for all events at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal. Acted as alternate Board Member for Aramark on the ownership team of the baseball club
